PKK Agam, Ny Yenni Andri Warman mengatakan, kegiatan ini selain untuk mempererat tali silaturahmi, juga dalam rangka mendukung gerakan masyarakat sehat (Germas) khususnya bagi kader PKK dan dasawisma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSenam sehat ini diikuti puluhan anggota TP. PKK dan dasawisma dari 5 kecamatan seperti, Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang, Kamang Magek, Baso, Ampek Angkek, dan Sungai Pua,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan hidup sehat, tambah Ny Yenni dengan cara berolahraga dan senam agar tercipta pola hidup yang sehat, serta memperhatikan makanan yang dikonsumsi dengan mengutamakan makanan yang baik untuk kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMelalui kegiatan ini anggota PKK dan Dasawisma lebih memahami pentingnya hidup sehat serta dapat menjaga kekompakan,\u201d ungkapnya.
