El Edi Busti kepada wartawan via ponsel, mengatakan, bahwa tujuannya berkunjung ke Panti Asuhan Jompo Batusangkar dalam rangka Anjangsana memperingati Hari Ibu ke-93 setiap 22 Desember.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMeski pandemi kegiatan ini tetap kami laksanakan dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan, sebagai bentuk kepedulian dan simpati kepada para lansia di samping juga sebagai bentuk penghormatan bagi para ibu-ibu,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia juga menyebutkan, dalam kunjungan, rombongan melakukan peninjauan ruangan panti, ramah tamah, dan terakhir foto bersama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun anggota yang dibawa berjumlah 18 orang berasal dari sejumlah perwakilan dari organisasi wanita di Agam.
