Marawapost.com, PASAMAN \u2014 Sebanyak 400 atlet dari 22 cabang olahraga (cabor) mengikuti tes kondisi fisik di GOR Tuanku Rao, Kompleks Perkantoran Bupati Pasaman, Senin (4\/5\/2026). Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal persiapan Pasaman menghadapi Porprov Sumatera Barat XVI 2026.<\/p>\n
Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri Bupati Pasaman Welly Suhery, Wakil Bupati Parulian, Ketua DPRD Pasaman Nelfri Asfandi dan Ketua Umum KONI Sumbar Hamdanus.<\/p>\n
Ketua KONI Pasaman Sy Ade Herman mengatakan tes fisik dilakukan untuk memastikan kesiapan atlet sekaligus menjadi dasar evaluasi pembinaan.<\/p>\n
\u201cIni bukti keseriusan Pasaman menghadapi Porprov. Kami ingin memastikan seluruh atlet benar-benar siap. Terima kasih kepada pelatih dan pengurus cabor yang terus bekerja keras,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n
Ketua KONI Sumbar Hamdanus mengapresiasi langkah KONI Pasaman. Menurutnya, Pasaman menjadi daerah pertama di Sumbar yang menggelar tes fisik atlet secara komprehensif.<\/p>\n
\u201cSemoga ini menjadi awal lahirnya atlet hebat yang mampu berlaga hingga tingkat nasional,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n
Hamdanus juga meminta atlet meneladani semangat juang Tuanku Rao dan Tuanku Imam Bonjol. \u201cAtlet Pasaman harus punya mental petarung,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n
Bupati Welly Suhery turut memberikan motivasi dan mengapresiasi KONI Pasaman yang tetap menjalankan pembinaan di tengah keterbatasan anggaran.<\/p>\n
Ia menegaskan Pemkab Pasaman tetap berkomitmen memberikan bonus bagi atlet peraih medali emas sesuai kemampuan daerah.<\/p>\n
