{"id":31929,"date":"2026-04-19T02:12:14","date_gmt":"2026-04-19T02:12:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marawapost.com\/?p=31929"},"modified":"2026-04-19T02:12:14","modified_gmt":"2026-04-19T02:12:14","slug":"kurang-dari-6-jam-satreskrim-polres-dharmasraya-ungkap-penggelapan-motor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marawapost.com\/?p=31929","title":{"rendered":"Kurang dari 6 Jam, Satreskrim Polres Dharmasraya Ungkap Penggelapan Motor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Marawapost.com, Dharmasraya<\/strong> &#8211; Satreskrim Polres Dharmasraya berhasil mengungkap kasus penggelapan sepeda motor dalam waktu kurang dari enam jam sejak laporan diterima.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres Dharmasraya AKBP Kartyana Widyarso Wardoyo Putro melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Andri A, S.H., menyampaikan bahwa kasus ini bermula dari laporan polisi tertanggal 17 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Tim Opsnal Satreskrim yang dipimpin Kasat Reskrim bersama Kanit I Tipidum Ipda Dandi Fernando, S.Tr.K., langsung bergerak melakukan penyelidikan dan berhasil mengamankan pelaku pada Jumat (18\/4\/2026) sekitar pukul 01.00 WIB di Jorong Balai Timur, Nagari Sungai Rumbai Timur.<\/p>\n<p>Korban berinisial LS mengalami kerugian satu unit sepeda motor Honda Beat Street BA 6386 VAB yang dipinjam pelaku dengan alasan menjemput mobil, namun kemudian dijual seharga Rp5 juta.<\/p>\n<p>Uang hasil penjualan digunakan pelaku untuk membeli sepeda motor Suzuki Satria FU serta kebutuhan pribadi, termasuk judi online dan narkotika.<\/p>\n<p>Polisi mengamankan satu unit sepeda motor Suzuki Satria FU sebagai barang bukti, sementara kendaraan milik korban masih dalam pencarian.<\/p>\n<p>Pelaku kini diamankan di Mapolres Dharmasraya dan dijerat Pasal 486 UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP.
