Ribuan ASN tumpah ruah mengikuti apel perdana yang dipimpin langsung Bupati Welly Suhery di Halaman Kantor Bupati Pasaman, Rabu (25\/03\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Apel akbar ini turut dihadiri Wakil Bupati Parulian Dalimunthe, Sekda Yudesri, para staf ahli, asisten, kepala OPD, hingga camat se-Pasaman. Kehadiran ASN yang nyaris penuh menjadi sorotan positif di awal masuk kerja.<\/p>\n<p>Namun di balik suasana Lebaran yang masih hangat, Bupati Welly justru melontarkan \u201cperingatan keras\u201d kepada seluruh OPD. Ia menegaskan, era bergantung pada dana pusat harus segera diakhiri.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJangan lagi berpikir menunggu. Kita harus mandiri! OPD wajib kreatif menggali PAD. Kalau tidak bergerak sekarang, kita akan tertinggal,\u201d tegasnya lantang.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, kondisi fiskal yang dinamis menjadi tantangan serius sekaligus peluang bagi daerah untuk berinovasi. Ia bahkan meminta seluruh OPD melakukan \u201cbongkar ulang\u201d potensi pajak dan retribusi yang selama ini belum tergarap maksimal.<\/p>\n<p>Usai apel, suasana berubah cair dalam agenda Halalbihalal di Rumah Dinas Bupati. Ribuan ASN tampak saling bersalaman, melebur dalam nuansa kebersamaan dan saling memaafkan.<\/p>\n<p>Bupati berharap, momen ini bukan sekadar seremoni tahunan, melainkan titik balik perubahan mental aparatur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSemangat Idul Fitri harus jadi energi baru.
