Sungai Jariang, Lubuk Basung, Kamis (19\/09\/24).<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan itu disambut antusias peserta itu, diikuti sebanyak 48 peserta, yaitu sebanyak 16 orang untuk Sub Kejuruan Bahasa Jepang, sebanyak 16 orang untuk Barbershop, dan sebanyak 16 orang untuk Tata Rias Pengantin. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi tenaga kerja lokal di Kabupaten Agam.<\/p>\n<p>Saat itu, Edi Busti mengungkapkan pentingnya pelatihan ini untuk mempersiapkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang lebih kompeten dan siap bersaing di dunia kerja.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-21503\" src=\"https:\/\/marawapost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/1-1536x1023-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1536\" height=\"1023\" srcset=\"https:\/\/marawapost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/1-1536x1023-1.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/marawapost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/1-1536x1023-1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1536px) 100vw, 1536px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPelatihan ini bukan hanya untuk memperoleh sertifikat, tetapi yang terpenting adalah kemampuan yang dapat diterapkan di lapangan kerja nantinya,\u201d ujar Edi Busti.<\/p>\n<p>Ia berharap pelatihan ini mampu menciptakan tenaga kerja yang mandiri dan mampu berkontribusi bagi perkembangan ekonomi daerah.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, pemerintah daerah berkomitmen untuk terus mendukung program- program pelatihan seperti ini sebagai salah satu upaya mengurangi pengangguran di Kabupaten Agam.
