{"id":18736,"date":"2024-05-07T12:09:16","date_gmt":"2024-05-07T12:09:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marawapost.com\/?p=18736"},"modified":"2024-05-07T12:09:16","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T12:09:16","slug":"lahirkan-kader-handal-dinkes-agam-gelar-jambore-kader-berprestasi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marawapost.com\/?p=18736","title":{"rendered":"Lahirkan Kader Handal, Dinkes Agam Gelar Jambore Kader Berprestasi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Marawapost.com, Agam<\/strong> &#8211; Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Agam menggelar jambore kader berprestasi bagi perwakilan setiap Puskesmas, di aula Puskesmas Lubuk Basung, Selasa (07\/05\/24).<\/p>\n<p>Kabid Kesmas Dinkes Agam, Arma Citra mengatakan, jambore ini salah satu upaya pembinaan dan penilaian kader Posyandu, yang mampu melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBahkan jambore dilaksanakan setiap tahun dalam melahirkan kader yang handal dan berprestasi,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam kegiatan ini katanya, juga dilakukan penggalian minat dan bakat, sehingga jambore kader Posyandu dapat dirasakan sebagai sebuah refresing untuk memicu semangat kerja lebih baik.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSemoga melalui jambore kualitas pelayanan kader di Posyandu jadi meningkat, sesuai dengan siklus hidup,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan, jambore diikuti 23 kader yang merupakan utusan dari setiap Puskesmas di Kabupaten Agam. Masing-masing didampingi 1 orang petugas Puskesmas.<\/p>\n<p>Metode penilaian dilakukan seperti, seleksi administrasi, tes tertulis, ekspose dan lomba penyuluhan, wawancara serta praktek penimbangan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita mendatangkan juri dari beberapa OPD. Untuk hadiah disediakan berupa uang tunai bagi kader yang meraih juara I, II dan III,\u201d jelas Arma Citra.<\/p>\n<p>Jambore kader Posyandu berprestasi tingkat kabupaten ini, dibuka Ketua TP PKK Agam, Ny Yenni Andri Warman.
