Pelaku ditangkap pada hari Jum&#8217;at tanggal 5 Mei 2023 sekira pukul 04.00 wib dirumahnya Jorong Pincuran Tujuah, Nagari Bayur, Kecamatan Tanjung Raya, Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapolres Agam melalui Kasat Reskrim Iptu Efrian Mustaqim Batiti, S.I.K, Jum&#8217;at, (5\/5\/23), membenarkan penangkapan tersebut, ia menyebutkan, pelaku RN alias Cabiak ditangkap usai diketahui melakukan aksi pencurian 1 unit sepeda motor korban pada hari Minggu tanggal 16 April 2023 sekira pukul 15.00 wib bertempat di Batu Tigo Jorong Sigiran Nagari Tanjung Sani Kecamatan Tanjung Raya Kabupaten Agam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berkat penyelidikan intensif dan bantuan informasi dari masyarakat sekitar Alhamdulillah pelaku RN berhasil kita tangkap. Ucap Efrian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat penangkapan dilakukan dari tangan RN petugas berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa satu unit sepeda motor Merk Honda Beat warna hitam milik korban Nomor Polisi BA 3312 TW dan 1 buah kunci leter T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kini pelaku dan barang bukti sudah diamankan di Mapolres Agam guna proses penyidikan lebih lanjut. Atas perbuatannya pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 363 ayat 1 Ke &#8211; 5 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 7 tahun penjara. Tegas Efrian.
