Sabtu (29\/04\/23)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ny Yenni menyebutkan, kegiatan ini selain untuk mempererat tali silaturahmi setelah hari raya Idul Fitri 1444 hijriah, juga dalam rangka mendukung gerakan masyarakat sehat (Germas) khususnya bagi kader PKK setiap kecamatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSenam sehat ini diikuti seratus gabungan anggota TP PKK dari lima kecamatan seperti, Kecamatan Baso, Tilatang Kamang, Kamang Magek, Ampek Angkek, dan Kecamatan Candung,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agar lebih sehat, tambah Ny Yenni dengan cara berolahraga dan senam agar tercipta pola hidup yang sehat, serta memperhatikan makanan yang dikonsumsi dengan mengutamakan makanan yang baik untuk kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMelalui kegiatan ini anggota PKK lebih memahami pentingnya hidup sehat serta dapat menjaga kekompakan&#8221;, ungkapnya.
